Built Moriwakis are legal (without weight limits) in the Moto3 class this year. Both Nobi and Jake have raced in both of those races on the east coast and are awaiting a challenger to come play.

With the 2010 rules I don't believe that, that bike is legal in the 125GP class either. I think in 2010 it has to be a Honda Spec Moriwaki to compete. The only class would be the Moto 3 class.
